This project dragged on for a while due to challenges with recruitment - Civicom team did a great job being patient and occasionally checking in on project status, which was very much appreciated. This project also had a 'special request' where the Civicom support would call the respondent right before the interview started (rather than prepping the respondent to join 15mins beforehand). This accommodation was much appreciated. We only conducted 4 interviews, but everything went very smoothly!

Moderator has been very pleased with the tech support from the Civi team on this project. The team has also been helpful in re-running the machine transcripts because they are sometimes pulling as one long transcript of one speaker, re-running them seems to fix this issue when it comes up.
