Civicom Marketing Research announces its first ever Online Qualitative BOOT CAMP. It takes place this week in at MarketView in Tarrytown, New York. The event’s objective is to give marketing research professionals a close-up look at the latest tools and techniques that are readily available to them for online, remote and mobile qualitative research. This includes hands-on training for conducting online focus groups, interviews and bulletin board based studies.
The internet has become more prevalent to market research as bandwidth and technology continue to improve. Armed with the latest breed of mobile devices, people now spend more time online than ever. For those conducting market studies, online research offers an expansive global reach without the hassles of travel and the ability to reach a wider variety of respondents in almost any setting, including the home, office or even the gym or the aisle of a store. Engaging respondents in their natural environment is more comfortable and convenient for them and enables the researcher to capture insights from the actual setting for many key decisions.
We want to show market researchers how powerful and easy-to-use these tools really are, and give them a chance to test drive the technology for themselves.
The Civicom Marketing Research Online Qualitative BOOT CAMP is set up as an interactive seminar. At the end of the discussion, Civicom professionals will guide participants as they try out the various programs and techniques for online and mobile market research. Part of the program will give attendees the chance to test drive online focus group and bulletin board software, explore product features and discover the level of support that they can get with these products. BOOT CAMP is also a great way for researchers to network with their peers in the business.
According to Jack Campisi, Civicom’s Senior Account Manager, “With this first ever Online Qualitative BOOT CAMP, we want to show market researchers how powerful and easy-to-use these tools really are, and give them a chance to test drive the technology for themselves.” Campisi and his team will be facilitating.
The Online Qualitative BOOT CAMP is a half-day event and will be held on Friday, the 4th of April, at 9AM at the MarketView Westchester focus group facility. The seminar is offered free of charge but, because slots are limited, those who want to participate need to register online.
