Annie began her career at Civicom as a client advocate for marketing research services in 2009. She now brings a wealth of service and customer experience to her role. Over the years she has had increasing responsibility, serving as an Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, Assistant Global Manager, and now has been given the added responsibility of serving as Global Manager for Civicom Marketing Research Services.
Annie attributes her appointment to this role to expertise developed through in-depth client relationships and experience honed over time. “Over the years I’ve developed many close relationships with our clients, many of which are innovators and thought-leaders in this industry. These relationships have helped me to better understand the needs of researchers in terms of online and mobile methodologies, and this in turn helps me to more effectively present the right solutions to our clients.”
