We view the world differently from most companies. We’re not interested in
selling products that stand independently from the value we provide in client
service. We thrive on helping researchers experience successful project outcomes.
How We Started
Clients often ask us… how did you get into the marketing research business? The answer is easy… our clients asked us to! Around 2002, a global marketing research firm requested that we facilitate some online telephone interviews to avoid travel in inclement weather. The rest is history.
Research Experience
We had a head start in understanding research. Our leadership team was broadly experienced in commissioning marketing research for leading global companies and in providing marketing consulting services for global advertising campaigns.
In Depth Understanding
Our expertise in product development and marketing on a national and global scale provided a foundation for us to build on when we begin providing online interview and focus group facilitation services. We later added in-facility capabilities.
Global Expertise
Our global audio infrastructure gave us the capacity to serve clients all over the world. Soon we added web infrastructure, resulting in the capability to offer IDI and focus group services virtually anywhere in the world.
News Spreads
Before long we were getting calls from industry organizations asking us to attend or exhibit at their conferences. We decided to get involved, and the word of our services continued to spread.

with our technical expertise and products, has grown over twenty plus years into a steady stream of requests for us to facilitate online interview and focus group research projects as well as to add more services.
Expanded Services
We expanded our lines of service as clients requested them. We now offer online communities, a mobile insights app, UX tools for mobile app and website analysis, transcriptions, translations, and a state-of-the-art portable plug-and-play 360° recording and streaming solution for in-facility and hybrid research.

We are able to quickly assess the tools and features clients say they need and create them. Responding to client needs for a fast, accurate and secure report-generating tool, we developed Quillit ai, enabling clients to generate video, audio and transcription in a matter of moments, not hours.
Helping Clients Adapt
In 1858 the first telegram via the Atlantic Cable was sent to from Queen Victoria to U.S. President James Buchanan. The transmission took 16 ½ hours. 125 years later, the world began to adopt the Internet. Technological change is inevitable. Our role is to make it possible for clients to work with the best parts of technological change and succeed with them.

The idea for doing this came from our Founder and CEO while embedding himself with a family in poverty living in a slum near one of our offices. He thought, we link people all over the world through our technologies and services – why not use them to develop a bond between beneficiaries in need and sponsors willing to help?
